How we sell your RV faster
We sell over 20 RV’s per month. You can be assured that your camper is being sold by a Team who know what they are doing. We offer Finance, Insurance and a range of accessories to make sure your camper has the best chance of being sold for a good price. Each RV will have its own sales video and up to 20 professional photos. We offer a secure facility to store your camper while the sales process takes place.

Please note:
We encourage you to have the Rv reasonably clean to avoid professional cleaning charges. If the caravan comes into our care with a full waste cassette you will incur a fee of $150 for our time emptying it at a designated waste station. A one-time fee of $15 will be applied toeach on behalf signup. This fee will be automatically invoiced and is intended to cover the cost of a motor web proof of ownership report. If your Rv needs minor or more serious repairs there will be costs if you agree to have them rectified. The cost of any of these items will be discussed with you prior to any work starting. We do not charge for any work without your approval first. Technician rates start from $130 +GST per Hour, this does not include parts. Professional Grooming rates start at $65 + GST per hour. Rot repair work starts at $155+GST. We apply an additional $1000 fee for high risk Rv’s i.e. an Rv 15 years or older and motorhome with kms higher than 180K.
Redvale RV Sales fees - Commission (all prices are GST INCLUSIVE):
See Table for examples. The sales fee is deducted after the sale is complete. The balance will be paid to the vendor within 7 buisness days of sale completion. Any further service items are to be paid by the vendor in advance of sale – such as repair or transport costs. A one-time fee of $15 willbe applied to each on behalf signup. This fee will be automatically invoiced and is intended to cover the cost of a motor web proof of ownership report. Additionally, it ensures that there are no outstanding financial obligations associated with the vehicle for potential future owners.
Sales price will be discussed with the vendor before the RV goes to market.
Terms and conditions of on behalf sales
All prices discussed include GST. Redvale RV requires the owners to provide insurance on their asset until date of sale. Redvale RV reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time if it sees fit to do so. Redvale RV will do the best to ensure no damage happens to your camper, however, holds no responsibility over any damage that may happen. Redvale RV requires the asset to be stored at its facility at 1722 East Coast Road/ 32 Landfill Access Road for the duration of the sales process.
The sale price will be set as agreed between the customer & Redvale RV. We will reassess the sale price periodically to ensure a swift sale.
The owner agrees not to advertise the caravan themselves while it is for sale in our yard, all potential buyers are to deal with us directly. If the owner cancels the on behalf contract a $1500 fee plus any cleaning or work completed will be charged. Contract starts once service or cleaning commences.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ensure your caravan has had a basic groom & is ready for sale. Please make sure your cassette toilet is empty & clean, oven, hobs & fridge cleaned. We will clean your van regularly.
As the owner, you guarantee there are no securities, or any other interested parties connected to the caravan’s ownership and there are no disputes over the caravan, If the RV has finance owing, Redvale RV will pay out the finance company when sale is completed. Proof of legal ownership is to be supplied by the owner. You, as the current owner, must keep the caravan insured at all times.
