See Table for examples. The sales fee is deducted after the sale is complete. The balance will be paid to the vendor within 48 hours of sale completion. Any further service items are to be paid by the vendor in advance of sale – such as repair or transport costs. A one-time fee of $15 will be applied to each on behalf signup. This fee will be automatically invoiced and is intended to cover the cost of a motor web proof of ownership report. Additionally, it ensures that there are no outstanding financial obligations associated with the vehicle for potential future owners.
Sales price will be discussed with the vendor before the RV goes to market.
Redvale RV requires the owners to provide insurance on their asset until date of sale.
Redvale RV reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time if it sees fit to do so.
Redvale RV will do the best to ensure no damage happens to your camper, however, holds no responsibility over any damage that may happen.
Redvale RV requires the asset to be stored at its facility at 1722 East Coast Road for the duration of the sales process.
The sale price will be set as agreed between the customer & Redvale RV. We will reassess the sale price periodically to ensure a swift sale.
Exclusive Sales Agreement and Cancellation Terms
The owner agrees not to independently advertise or promote the sale of the caravan while it is listed for sale in our yard. All inquiries, negotiations, and potential buyers must be directed to and handled exclusively by us.
If the owner chooses to cancel the “on behalf” sales contract at any time, a cancellation fee of $1,500 will apply. In addition, the owner will be responsible for any costs incurred for cleaning, servicing, or other work already completed on the caravan.
This contract becomes active once any cleaning, servicing, or related work begins, regardless of whether the caravan has already been placed on public display.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ensure your caravan is groomed & ready for sale, otherwise there will be a $400 grooming fee. Please make sure your cassette toilet is empty & clean, oven, hobs & fridge cleaned. We will clean your van regularly, but the initial cleaning is to be done before bringing into our yard. We, however, are happy to do it for you for a fee of $400.
As the owner, you guarantee there are no securities, or any other interested parties connected to the caravan’s ownership and there are no disputes over the caravan.
Proof of legal ownership is to be supplied by the owner.
You, as the current owner, must keep the caravan insured at all times.
